For sensitive pets, we work in stages and keep the pace calm. If a pet shows significant stress, pain, aggression, breathing difficulty, or another welfare concern, the session may be shortened, adjusted, paused, or stopped.

At collection, we provide a clear grooming summary with notes on the areas that needed extra attention and practical care suggestions between visits. If severe matting or coat condition makes a requested finish uncomfortable, we may recommend a shorter practical result instead.
