For sensitive pets, we work in short stages and adjust the session when needed. If a pet shows significant stress, pain, aggression, breathing difficulty, or another welfare concern, the visit may be paused, shortened, or stopped.
After the groom, you receive a clear summary of the work completed, any areas that needed extra attention, and simple coat care suggestions for the time between visits. Some coats may need a shorter practical finish if matting or handling limits make a longer style unsafe.
