Gentle Grooming for Puppies and Sensitive Pets

Every visit begins with a temperament and history inquiry so the grooming plan can reflect your pet's coat condition, comfort level, and any handling sensitivities. This helps us choose a pace and scope that are practical for the day.

For puppies, we offer an introductory session designed to build familiarity with the grooming space, tools, and routine. It is a short, comfort-led visit with owner preparation guidance and a clear focus on positive first experiences, not a full grooming package.

Furry Oasis offers appointment-based grooming for young, nervous, and sensitive pets in Setúbal.

If a pet needs more time, the session can be paused, adjusted, or shortened. We do not push through signs of significant stress, pain, aggression, breathing difficulty, or other welfare concerns, and a shorter practical finish may be recommended when coat condition makes a full result uncomfortable or unsafe.

Before you leave, you receive a clear handover summary with notes on the groom, any areas that needed extra attention, and simple coat-care suggestions between visits. For pets that need gradual progress, we can also discuss a staged grooming plan.
